Brooks Interiors, established in 2006, provides a turn-key approach to our projects, including project oversight of trades people involved, procurement and management, coordinating logistics and final installation, to ensure that everything flows together seamlessly, resulting in a beautiful and cohesive design.
We know that it takes a lot of trust for you to have us come into your home or business and transform it. We pride ourslelves on producing quality crafsmanship and a seamless design process for all our projects. This takes careful planning and skills, extensive design knowledge and education to consistently deliver functional spaces for our satisfied clients.
What makes us unique is that we are a husband-wife team that has worked together 30+ years.
That in itself has met many challenges, yet our number one focus is client care and satisfaction. We have been able to problem solve design & construction issues in a timely manner because we communicate effectively.

YOUR HOME WILL SELL FASTER
Home staging is a marketing strategy that taps into the emotions of potential buyers and helps them visualize the property as their own. Staged homes spend 73% less time on the market.
YOUR HOME WILL SELL FOR MORE
Home staging shows your home in the best light. And buyers are willing to spend 1% to 5% more of the dollar value than non-staged homes. Some staged homes sell above asking price!
HOME STAGING IS AN ART AND A SCIENCE
Putting out a few flower arrangements and throwing some of your own art on the walls might not cut it for staging. There are specific concepts that must be used when staging a home. If you're considering placing your home on the market, call me for a quick analysis on what will make your home stand above the rest of the market.
I asked Latriece to help us decorate our new home. Latriece has a gift for designing a space using the artwork provided. She arranged our paintings, collectibles, dishes, furniture, and plants in the most beautiful way that made our home feel warm and cozy. Besides being gifted in understanding how to place objects together, she is quick and efficient. She saved us money by knowing just what pieces we could use to finish off parts of the house, and she found them for us. We would highly recommend Latriece.
